• "Pulisync" refers to the online platform, software, website, and services operated by PuliKidz.
• "User" refers to anyone accessing or using Pulisync, including parents, school administrators, and third-party service providers.
• "Services" refers to all digital payment processing, communication, resource booking, and account management features offered by Pulisync.
• "Content" includes text, images, videos, software, and other materials available on Pulisync.
• "Third-Party Services" refers to external payment processors, hosting providers, and integrations that interact with Pulisync.

2.1 Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• Users under 18 years of age require parental or legal guardian consent.
• Pulisync reserves the right to verify user identities and deny registration if necessary.

2.2 Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is recommended for additional security.
• Users must immediately report unauthorized access to hello@pulikidz.com.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use Pulisync for illegal or fraudulent transactions.
• Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or data scraping.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or exploits to interfere with our services.
• Upload or share harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3.1 Payment Processing

• Users can make payments for educational fees, school activities, and resource bookings.
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
• Users must ensure sufficient funds for transactions.
• Transaction fees may apply based on payment method.

3.2 Communication & Notifications

• Users receive real-time notifications for payments, bookings, and system updates.
• Messages between parents and school administrators are securely stored.
• Pulisync is not responsible for miscommunication between users.

3.3 Resource Management

• Users can book and manage school facilities (e.g., meals, extracurricular activities).
• Double bookings or cancellations are subject to availability policies set by schools.
• Pulisync reserves the right to restrict access to overbooked services.

3.4 Reporting & Analytics

• Administrators have access to detailed financial reports, transaction history, and student activity logs.
• Data analytics tools help schools optimize resources and improve decision-making.

4.1 Payment Authorization

• Users authorize Pulisync to process payments using their selected payment method.
• Transactions are final unless eligible for a refund (see Section 4.3).

4.2 Transaction Fees

• Certain transaction fees may apply based on the chosen payment method.
• Any additional fees imposed by banks or third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Pulisync aims for 99.9% uptime, but service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, cyberattacks, or third-party provider failures.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

• Pulisync does not sell or rent user data to third parties.
• Payments comply with PCI DSS standards.

6.2 User Rights

• Users can request data deletion or account termination.
• Users may opt out of marketing communications.

7.1 Ownership

• All content, trademarks, and logos on Pulisync are owned by Company Name.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7.2 User-Generated Content

• Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Pulisync a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for platform improvements.

8.1 Resolution Process

• Users must first attempt to resolve disputes through customer support.
• If unresolved, disputes may be settled via mediation or arbitration.

8.2 Governing Law
